Manager - Accounting Financial Reporting

Our client, PE backed have seen huge growth in the last five years going from UK based specialist to top 5 brand globally through increased sales, M&A and general expansion into new markets.

With this comes the challenge of scaling critical functions and driving a global approach to both business and statutory reporting.

To help with this we are looking for an ACA qualified individual to:

· Mentor and guide country finance teams to ensure all reporting complies with IFRS, troubleshooting any associated issues around M&A, intercompany transfers, FOREX and other group level activities.

· Own EoY consolidation activity and presenting summary information to board level individuals.

· Ensure the business is in an exit ready state partnering with a variety of third-party vendors and contacts to ensure a true reflection of the financial health of the brand

This role requires an individual to be based onsite three days per week in South West London.
